To provide for the extension of certain programs relating to housing and community development, and for other purposes.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That each provision of law amended by Public Law 100-122, including those provisions amended by section 2 of such Public Law, is amended by striking out "October 31, 1987" wherever it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "November 15, 1987". Approved November 5, 1987.
