Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 16 USC 431 note. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Disabled American Veterans Vietnam Veterans National Memorial near Eagle Nest, New Mexico, is hereby recognized as a memorial of ., national significance, and the President is requested to issue a proclamation commemorating the occasion of this recognition and ' saluting the efforts of those individuals who have made the creation ,./„:' V »f and continued existence of the Memorial possible.
