To provide for the extension of certain programs relating to housing and community development, and for other purposes.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That each provision of law amended by Public Law 100-154 is amended by striking "November 15, 1987" and inserting "December 2, 1987". Approved November 17, 1987.
