This title may be cited as the "Executive Office Appropriations Act, 1988". TITLE IV—INDEPENDENT AGENCIES ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE OF THE UNITED STATES

SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses of the Administrative Conference of the United States, established by the Administrative Conference Act, as amended (5 U.S.C. 571 et seq.) including not to exceed $1,000 for official reception and representation expenses; $1,865,000. ADVISORY COMMISSION ON INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of the Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations Act of 1959, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 4271-79; $1,378,000, and additional amounts not to exceed $200,000, collected from the sale of publications shall be credited to and used for the purposes of this appropriation. ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON FEDERAL PAY SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses of the Advisory Committee on Federal Pay, established by 5 U.S.C. 5306; $200,000. COMMITTEE FOR PURCHASE FROM THE B U N D AND OTHER SEVERELY HANDICAPPED A,>5

SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses of the Committee for Purchase From the Blind and Other Severely Handicapped established by the Act of June 23, 1971, Public Law 92-28, $850,000. FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses to carry out the provisions of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, $14,174,000. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION FEDERAL BUILDINGS FUND LIMITATIONS ON AVAILABILITY OF REVENUE

The revenues and collections deposited into the Fund established pursuant to section 210(f) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended (40 U.S.C. 490(f)), shall be available for necessary expenses of real property management and related activities not otherwise provided for, including operation, maintenance, and protection of federally owned and leased buildings; rental of buildings in the District of Columbia; restoration of
