To provide for the establishment of the Coastal Heritage Trail Route in the State of New Jersey, and for other purposes. To authorize construction of the Mni Wiconi Rural Water Supply Project, and for other purposes. Health Maintenance Organization Amendments of 1988 United States Grain Standards Act Amendments of 1988...
