TITLE XVI—CIVIL DEFENSE SEC. 1601. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATION
There is hereby authorized to be appropriated $147,893,000 for fiscal year 1989 for the purpose of carrying out the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950 (50 U.S.C. App. 2251 et seq.).

Fort Wainwright, $29,740,000. Fort Richardson, $6,250,000. ARIZONA
Fort Huachuca, $1,200,000. ARKANSAS
Pine Bluff Arsenal, $7,500,000. CAUFORNIA
Fort Ord, $13,050,000. Sierra Army Depot, $380,000. COLORADO
