(2)(A) Section 234A of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 shall not apply to any violation occurring before the date of the enactment of this Act. (B) Section 223 c. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 shall not apply to any violation occurring before the date of enactment of this Act. Approved August 20, 1988.
