To extend the authorization of the Upper Delaware Citizens Advisory Council for an additional ten years.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATION.
The last sentence of paragraph (1) of section 704(f) of the National Parks and Recreation Act of 1978 (16 U.S.C. 1274 note; relating to the Upper Delaware River) is amended by striking out "ten" and inserting in lieu thereof "20". Approved August 22, 1988.
