To amend the Job Training Partnership Act to make a technical change.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 161(b) of the Job Training Partnership Act is amended— (1) by inserting "(1)" after "(b)"; and (2) by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph: "(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), funds obligated for any program year for programs authorized by sections 452 through 455 of part D of title IV of this Act shall remain available until expended.". SEC. 2. The amendments made by this Act shall apply with respect to funds available for expenditure on or after June 30, 1988.
