(b) Any lands added to the reservation under this Act shall become a part of the reservation in all respects and upon all the same terms as if such lands had been included in the Executive order issued by the President on June 14, 1879, as amended, except that such lands shall remain tribal lands and shall not be subject to allotment to individual Indians.
