South Pacific Tuna Act of 1988 To amend the provisions of the Agricultural Act of 1949 relating to certain cross compliance requirements under the extra long staple cotton program. To designate June 1988 as "National Recycling Month" Organotin Antifouling Paint Control Act of 1988 Retiree Benefits Bankruptcy Protection Act of 1988 To designate the week beginning June 12, 1988, as "National Scleroderma Awareness Week". To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to provide assistance to Wildlife Prairie Park, in the State of Illinois, and for other purposes. To amend the Act providing for the establishment of the Tuskegee Institute National Historic Site, Alabama, to authorize an exchange of properties between the United States and Tuskegee University, and for other purposes. To extend the withdrawal of certain public lands in Lincoln County, Nevada. To authorize the establishment by the Secretary of Agriculture of a plant stress and water conservation research laboratory and program at Lubbock, Texas.
