Public Law 100-613 100th Congress An Act To provide that the Consumer Product Safety Commission amend its regulations regarding lawn darts.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That notwithstanding any other provision of law, not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Consumer Product Safety Commission shall amend its regulations to revoke exemption regarding lawn darts and other similar sharp-pointed toys contained in section 1500.86(a)(3) of title 16, Code of Federal Regulations, unless the Commission finds that such products do not have the potential for causing puncture wound injury. Approved November 5, 1988.
