Compacts between States.
PUBLIC LAW 100-707—NOV. 23, 1988
Pierhead Line on a bearing of S21-01'-53"E for a distance of 700.00 feet to a point; thence (4) Esisterly at right angles to said Pierhead Line on a bearing of N68-58'-07"E for a distance of 200.00 feet to the point of beginning. Bearings and coordinates are in the system used on the Borough Survey, Borough President's Office, Manhattan. This declaration shall apply to all or any part of the described area which is used or needed for New York Harbor pgissenger ferry boat service, as such service may be operated by, or contracted for operation by, a bi-State agency created by compact between the States of New York and New Jersey.".
