Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, pursuant to 48 USC 1681 section 101(d) of Public Law 99-239, the following agreements are ?o*«. approved and shall enter into force in accordance with their terms: Islands ^ ^ ^ "Agreement Between the Government of the United States and the Government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to Amend the Governmental Representation Provisions of the Compact of Free Association Pursuant to section 432 of the Compact", signed on March 18, 1988; and Micronesia. (2) "Agreement Between the Government of the United States and the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia to Amend the Governmental Representation Provisions of the Compact of Free Association Pursuant to section 432 of the Compact", signed on March 9, 1988.
