103 STAT. 180 PUBLIC LAW 101-70—AUG. 3, 1989 Public Law 101-70 101st Congress An Act Aug. 3, 1989 [H.R. 999] To reauthorize the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Act of October 15, 1966 (80 Stat. 915), as amended (16 U.S.C. section 470 et 16 USC 470t. seq.), is further amended as follows: Section 212(a) is amended by deleting the last sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the sentence "There are authorized to be appropriated not to exceed $2,500,000 in each fiscal year 1990 through 1994.
