Children With Section 201 of the Temporary Child Care for Handicapped Chil- Disabilities and dren and Crisis Nurseries Act of 1986 (42 U.S.C. 5117) is amended by Art of?98T"*^ Striking "This title" and all that follows and inserting the following: 42 USC 5117 "This title may be cited as the 'Temporary Child Care for Children note. With Disabilities and Crisis Nurseries Act of 1986'.". 42 USC 5117a SEC. 7. EFFECTIVE DATE. The amendments made by this Act shall take effect October 1, 1989, or on the date of the enactment of this Act, whichever occurs later. Approved October 25, 1989.
