103 STAT. 778 PUBLIC LAW 101-132—OCT. 30, 1989 Public Law 101-182 . 101st Congress An Act To designate the United States Court of Appeals Building at 56 Forsyth Street in Oct. 30, 1989 Atlanta, Georgia, as the "Elbert P. Tuttle United States Court of Appeals [H.R. 801] Building". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The United States Court of Appeals Building at 56 Forsyth Street in Atlanta, Georgia, shall be known and designated as the "Elbert P. Tuttle United States Court of Appeals Building". SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES. Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to the building referred to in section 1 is deemed to be a reference to the "Elbert P. Tuttle United States Court of Appeals Building". Approved October 30, 1989.
