PUBLIC LAW 101-157—NOV. 17, 1989 103 STAT. 945 SEC. 9. CIVIL PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS. Section 16(e) (29 U.S.C. 216(e)) is amended— (1) in the first sentence, by inserting after "or any regulation issued under that section," the following: "or any person who repeatedly or willfully violates section 6 or 7"; and (2) in paragraph (3), by adding after "section 15(a)(4)" the following: "or a repeated or willful violation of section 15(a)(2)".
