GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION REAL PROPERTY ACTIVITIES FEDERAL BUILDINGS FUND LIMITATIONS ON AVAILABILITY OF REVENUE The limitation established under this head in the Treasury, Postal Service and General Government Appropriations Act, 1990, for the rental of space, as well as the aggr^ate limitation established thereunder, are reduced by $14,400,000. FEDERAL PROPERTY RESOURCES SERVICE OPERATING EXPENSES (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS) Of the funds appropriated under this head in the Treasury, Postal Service and General Government Appropriations Act, 1990, $945,000 are rescinded. CHAPTER Vn OFFICE OF NATIONAL DRUG CONTROL POLICY Reports. Not later than 30 days after the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Drug Control Policy shall report on how funds made available under title IV of this Act have been allocated and shall, for each quarter of the fiscal year thereafter, within 45 days following the close of the quarter, report on how these funds have been obligated.
