CHAPTER II DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS - CONSTRUCTION To fight the war on drugs, $4,000,000, to remain available until expended, for the provision of additional emergency shelters for Indian youth and for the construction of juvenile detention facilities. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICES To fight the war on drugs, $7,250,000, for the Indian Health Service to increase after care services and provide for family out- patient care, expand community education and training efforts with a focus on prevention and training of program staff, expand alcohol- ism and drug abuse prevention efforts for adolescents through urban Indian health programs, and provide contract health services for substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation of Indian youth and their families. INDIAN HEALTH FACILITIES To fight the war on drugs, $1,500,000, to remain available until expended, to allow the Indian Health Service to complete the construction or renovation of facilities to provide detoxification and rehabilitation services in youth regional treatment centers. CHAPTER III DEPARTMENT OF LABOR DEPARTMENTAL MANAGEMENT SALARIES AND EXPENSES ^ For an additional amount for substance abuse employee assist- ance programs in the workplace, $2,000,000.
