CHAPTER IX DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA FUNDS GOVERNMENTAL DIRECTION AND SUPPORT (INCLUDING RESCISSION) For an additional amount for "Governmental direction and support", $99,000: Provided, That of the funds appropriated under this heading for fiscal year 1990 in the District of Columbia Appropriations Act, 1990, approved November 21, 1989 (Public Law 101-168; 103 Stat. 1268 to 1269), $3,317,000 are rescinded for a net decrease of $3,218,000. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATION (INCLUDING RESCISSION) For an additional amount for "Economic development and regulation", $50,000: Provided, That of the funds appropriated under this heading for fiscal year ending September 30, 1990, in the District of Columbia Appropriations Act, 1990, approved November 21, 1989 (Public Law 101-168; 103 Stat. 1269), $10,498,000 are rescinded for a net decrease of $10,448,000.
