(a) The tract of land described in subsection (b) shall be treated as public land for the purposes of the Act of June 14, 1926 (43 U.S.C. 869 et seq.; commonly known as the "Recreation and Public Purposes Act"). (b) The land referred to in paragraph (1) is approximately 5 acres of the Sebastian Martin Land Grant near Los Luceros, New Mexico, as generally depicted on the map entitled "Onate Memorial Map" and dated July 1989.
