SHORT TITLE. 1990 5 USC app 101 This Act may be cited as the "Ethics in Government Act Amendnote. mentofl990". 5 USC app. 405. SEC. 2. INCREASE IN AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 405(2) of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by striking "$3,500,000" and inserting " $5,000,000 ". Approved July 16, 1990.
