Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 43 USC 615dddd SECTION 1. RENAMING OF DAM AND RESERVOIR. ^^• The Calamus Dam and Reservoir in the North Loup division of the Missouri River basin project shall be known and redesignated as the "Virginia Smith Dam and Calamus Lake Recreation Area". 43 USC 615dddd SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES TO BUILDING. Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to the dam and reservoir referred to in section 1 is deemed to be a reference to the "Virginia Smith Dam and Calamus Lake Recreation Area". 43 USC 615dddd SEC. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. The provisions of this Act shall be effective on January 3, 1991. Approved August 10, 1990.
