Matsunaga Department of Veterans Affairs ' Medical Center". t^. 3032] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. THE SPARK M. MATSUNAGA DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AF- FAIRS MEDICAL CENTER. The medical center planned to be constructed in Honolulu, Hawaii, by the Department of Veterans Affairs shall be known and designated as the "Spark M. Matsunaga Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center" in honor of the late United States Senator from the State of Hawaii, Spark M. Matsunaga. Approved October 31, 1990.
