104 STAT. 1048 PUBLIC LAW 101-447—OCT. 22, 1990 improvements on the grazing allotment located on the lands referred to in section 4 which are subject to a grazing permit from the Forest Service on the date of enactment of this Act. The Secretary shall pay $122,842 for such improvements. SEC. 7. SAVINGS PROVISION. Nothing in this Act shall affect or modify any valid entry or other valid existing rights under the mining laws of the United States. SEC. 8. EFFECTIVE DATE. Sections 3, 4, and 5 of this Act shall take effect upon certification by the Secretary that the provisions of section 6 have been satisfied. Approved October 22, 1990.
