PUBLIC LAW 101-512—NOV. 5, 1990 104 STAT. 1957 INSTITUTE OF MUSEUM SERVICES GRANTS AND ADMINISTRATION For carrying out title II of the Arts, Humanities, and Cultural Affairs Act of 1976, as amended, $26,000,000, including not to exceed $250,000 as authorized by 20 U.S.C. 965(b): Provided, That the Nationgd Museum Services Board shall not meet more than three times during fiscal year 1991. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS None of the funds appropriated to the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities may be used to process any grant or contract documents which do not include the text of 18 U.S.C. 1913: Provided, That none of the funds appropriated to the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities may be used for official reception and representation expenses. COMMISSION OF FINE ARTS SALARIES AND EXPENSES For expenses made necessary by the Act establishing a Commission of Fine Arts (40 U.S.C. 104), $637,000. NATIONAL CAPITAL ARTS AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS For necessary expenses as authorized by Public Law 99-190 (99 Stat. 1261; 20 U.S.C. 956a), as amended, $6,250,000. ADVISORY COUNCIL ON HISTORIC PRESERVATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For expenses made necessary by the Act establishing an Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, Public Law 89-665, as amended, $2,238,000: Provided, That none of these funds shall be available for the compensation of Executive Level V or higher positions. NATIONAL CAPITAL PLANNING COMMISSION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses, as authorized by the National Capital Planning Act of 1952 (40 U.S.C. 71-71i), including services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, $3,448,000. FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT MEMORIAL COMMISSION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial Commission, established by the Act of August 11, 1955 (69 Stat. 694), as amended by Public Law 92-332 (86 Stat. 401), $28,000 to remain available until September 30, 1992.
