"SEC. 306. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. "(a) IN GENERAL. —For the purpose of carrying out this title, there are authorized to be appropriated $12,500,000 for fiscal year 1992. " Oi) AVAILABILITY OF APPROPRIATIONS. —Amounts appropriated under subsection (a) shall remain available until expended.". Provisions with respect to carrying out purpose of demonstration grants. "Sec. 303. Addition£d required agreements. "Sec. 304. Description of intended uses of grant. "Sec. 305. Requirement of submission of application. "Sec. 306. Authorization of appropriations.". TITLE VII—VETERANS PROGRAMS SEC. 701. MEDICAL PROGRAMS. Section 801(a) of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Amendments Act of 1988 (Public Law 100-628; 102 Stat. 3257) is amended to read as follows: "(a) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.—There are authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Veterans Affairs $31,500,000 for fiscal year 1991 and $33,075,000 for fiscal year 1992 for the medical care of veterans by the Department. Any amount appropriated under this subsection shall be in addition to any funds appropriated pursuant to any other authorization (whether definite or indefinite) of appropriations for fiscal years 1991 and 1992.".
