SEC. 204. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this title, including such sums as may be necessary to provide appropriate space and facilities for the judicial positions created by this title. SEC. 205. STUDY BY GENERAL ACCOUNTING OFFICE. 28 USC 331 note. (a) IN GENERAL.— The Comptroller General of the United States shall review the policies, procedures, and methodologies used by the Judicial Conference of the United States in recommending to the Congress the creation of additional Federal judgeships.
