SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $1,600,000, to remain available until expended. In addition, any offsetting receipts deposited into the general fund of the Treasury under section 6(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 between October 1, 1990, and the November 5, 1990, enactment date of Public Law 101-515 shall be recorded as an offsetting collection and be available for obligation and expenditure by the Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with the provisions governing the obligation and expenditure of offsetting collections under the above heading in Public Law 101-515. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES (BY TRANSFER) For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $1,500,000, to be derived by transfer from the Disaster Loan Fund. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION—GENERAL PROVISION Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Administrator of the Small Business Administration shall not withhold disaster assistance under section 7 of the Small Business Act to nurseries or greenhouses which suffered damage as a result of disasters (as defined in the Small Business Act) that occurred between October 1, 1990 and March 1, 1991. CHAPTER II DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE—MILITARY OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE, ARMY For an additional amount for "Operation and Maintenance, Army", $56,000,000. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE, NAVY For an additional amount for "Operation and Maintenance, Navy", $62,000,000.
