105 STAT. 266 PUBLIC LAW 102-53—JUNE 10, 1991 Public Law 102-53 102d Congress An Act June 10, 1991 To designate the Owens Finance Station of the United States Postal Service in [H.R. 831] Cleveland, Ohio, as the "Jesse Owens Building of the United States Postal Service". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the building located at 5600 Woodland Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio, known as the Owens Finance Station is designated as the "Jesse Owens Building of the United States Postal Service". Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to that building shall be deemed to be a reference to the Jesse Owens Building of the United States Postal Service.
