SEC. 604. TRANSFERS OF DEFENSE ARTICLES OR SERVICES. Section 505 of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 415), as redesignated by section 602(a), is amended by inserting ", or the anticipated transfer in any fiscal year of any aggregation of defense articles or defense services," in subsection (a)(1) after "service".
