That the funds transferred are to be available for the same time period as the appropriation from which transferred and for the same purposes as the appropriation to which transferred. WEAPONS PROCUREMENT, NAVY For construction, procurement, production, modification, and modernization of missiles, torpedoes, other weapons, other ordnance and ammunition, and related support equipment including spare parts, and accessories therefor; expansion of public and private plants, including the land necessary therefor, and such lands and interests therein, may be acquired, and construction prosecuted thereon prior to approval of title; and procurement and installation of equipment, appliances, and machine tools in public and private plants; reserve plant and Government and contractor-owned equipment layaway, as follows: Ballistic Missile Programs, $1,204,166,000; Other Missile Programs, $2,203,324,000; Torpedoes and Related Equipment, $689,456,000; Other Weapons, $130,123,000; Other Ordnance, $227,573,000; Other, $107,979,000; In all: $4,562,621,000, to remain available for obligation until September 30, 1994.
