Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. 6.MONTH EXTENSION OF COMMISSION. Section 7 of the Act entitled "An Act to provide for the establishment of a Commission on the Bicentennial of the Constitution", 97 Stat. 722. approved September 29, 1983 (Public Law 98-101), is amended by striking "December 31, 1991" and inserting "June 30, 1992".
