PUBLIC LAW 102-326—JULY 23, 1992 106 STAT. 843 Public Law 102-326 102d Congress An Act To designate the building in Hiddenite, North Carolina, which houses the primary j^^ 23 1992 operations of the United States Postal Service as the '^ra Leah S. Thomas Post Office Building'. P*-^- ^^^^ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the huilding in Hiddenite, North CaroUna, which houses the primary operations of the United States Postal Service (as determined by the Postmaster General) shall be known and designated as the "Zora Leah S. Thomas Post Office Building", and any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to such building shall be deemed to be a reference to the Zora Leaih S.
