Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 8 of the American Folklife Preservation Act (20 U.S.C. 2107) is amended— (1) by striking out "1991, and" and inserting in lieu thereof "1991,; and (2) by inserting after "1992" the following: ", and $1,120,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1993.
