DESIGNATION. The Federal building and United States courthouse located at the comer of College Avenue and Mountain Street in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is designated as the "John Paul Hammerschmidt Federal Building and United States Courthouse". SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES. Any reference in any law, regulation, docimient, record, map, or other paper of the United States to the Federal building and courthouse referred to in section 1 is deemed to be a reference to the "John Paul Hammerschmidt Federal Building and United States Courthouse".
