Williams Post Office Building". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the United States Post Office Building located at 100 Main Street, Millsboro, Delaware is designated as the "John J. Williams Post Office Building". Any reference to such building in any law, rule, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be considered to be a reference to the "John J. WilUams Post Office Building".
