Notwithstanding the provisions of the Land-Remote Sensing Conunercialization Act of 1984 (15 U.S.C. 4201 et seq.), the Secretary of Defense is authorized to contract for the development and procurement of, and support for operations of, the Landsat vehicle designated as Landsat 7. SEC. 303. ARMED FORCES RETIREMENT HOME. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1993 from the Armed Forces Retirement Home Trust Fund the sum of $62,728,000 for the operation of the.^rmed Forces Retirement Home, including the United States Soldiers' and Airmen's Home and the Naval Home.
