REPORT ON CONTINUED MILITARY NEED FOR BELLOWS AIR FORCE STATION, HAWAIL (a) REPORT REQUIRED.— The Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of the Air Force, and the Secretary of the Navy shall jointly prepare a report evaluating the military necessity of maintaining Bellows Air Force Station on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii, as a military installation of the Department of Defense. (b) COMMUNICATION FACILITY.— AS part of the report, the Secretary of the Air Force shall describe one or more alternative locations under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense in the State of Hawaii that would be suitable for the communication operations currently conducted at Bellows Air Force Station and the cost of relocating such operations. (c) MARINE CORPS TRAINING. —As part of the report, the Secretary of the Navy shall describe one or more alternative locations under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense in the State of Hawaii that would be suitable for the training activities of the Marine Corps periodically conducted at Bellows Air Force Station. (d) SUBMISSION OF REPORTS. —The report required by this section shall be submitted to Congress not later than March 1, 1993. SEC. 2854. PROHIBITION ON COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF CALVERTON PINE BARRENS, CALVERTON, NEW YORK. (a) PROHIBITION. —Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in the event that any parcel of the Calverton Pine Barrens is conveyed by a department or agency of the Federal Government, the instrument of conveyance shall provide for the reversion to the United States of the parcel, or any portion thereof, that is used or developed after such conveyance for commercial purposes (as determined by the head of the appropriate department or agency of the Federal Government). (b) DEFINITION.—(1) For the purpose of this section, the term "Calverton Pine Barrens" means the parcel of real property consisting of approximately 3,243 acres of real property located at the Naval Weapons Industrial Reserve Plant, Calverton, New York. (2) The exact acreage and legal description of the Calverton Pine Barrens shall be determined by a survey satisfactory to the Secretary of the Navy. SEC. 2855. TECHNICAL REVISIONS TO CERTAIN MAPS INVOLVING COASTAL BARRIER RESOURCES SYSTEM. (a) TECHNICAL REVISIONS REQUIRED. —Not later than the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall make such technical revisions to the maps described in subsection (c) as are necessary to ensure thatr- (1) on the maps referred to in subparagraphs (A) and (B) of subsection (c)(2), depictions of areas as "otherwise protected areas" do not include any area that is not an otherwise protected area within the meaning of that term under section 12 of the Coastal Barrier Improvement Act of 1990 (16 U.S.C. 3503 note); (2) on the map referred to in subsection (c)(2)(C), depictions of areas as "otherwise protected areas" identified as "VA-60P" do not include—
