Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. AWARDS FOR COST SAVINGS DISCLOSURES. (a) REPEAL OF LIMITATION. — Section 4514 of title 5, United States Code, is repealed. (b) TECHNICAL AND CONFORMING AMENDMENT. —The table of sections for chapter 45 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking out the item relating to section 4514. 5 USC 4511 note. (c) AUTHORITY To MAKE AwARDS.Awards may be made under subchapter II of chapter 45 of title 5, United States Code, on and after the date of the enactment of this Act. Approved October 24, 1992.
