Kennedy ' Center for the Performing Artsi. ^"•**- "^^'^J Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, AND OTHER BUILDING SERV- ICES. Section 6(e)(3) of the John F. Kennedy Center Act (20 U.S.C. 761(e)(3)) is amended to read as follows: 20 USC 76/. "(3) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRiATiONS.There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior to carry out this subsection— "(A) for fiscal year 1993, not more than— "(i) $8,000,000 for annual maintenance, repairs, alterations, and operating services; and "(ii) $12,306,000 for deferred maintenance, repairs, and alterations; and "(B) for fiscal year 1994, not more than— "(i) $12,000,000 for annual maintenance, repairs, alterations, and operating services; and "(ii) $15,000,000 for deferred maintenance, repairs, and alterations.".
