Reports. SEC. 1009. MULTILATERAL INVESTMENT GUARANTEES FOR THE INDEPENDENT STATES OF THE FORMER SOVIET UNION. Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the United States Director of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency shall transmit to the Congress a report analyzing— (1) the investments in the independent states of the former Soviet Union which have been guaranteed by the Agency; and (2) the demand for investment guarantees of the type provided by the Agency for investments in the independent states.
