106 STAT. 3562 PUBLIC LAW 102-539—OCT. 27, 1992 (b) REPORTS.— Not later than 3 years from the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General shall submit to the Committee on Labor and Human Resources of the Senate and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives an interim report of the results of the study under subsection (a). Not later than 5 years from such date the Comptroller General shall submit a final report on such study to such Committees. Approved October 27, 1992.
