(b) CONFORMING AMENDMENT.—The table of contents in the first section of the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and Management Act is amended by inserting immediately after the item relating to section 313 the following new item: "Sec. 314. Northwest Atlantic Oceans Fisheries Reinvestment Program.". (c) AMENDMENTS TO THE SALTONSTALL-KENNEDY ACT.— Section 2(b)(l)(A) of the Act of August 11, 1939 (15 U.S.C. 713c-3(b)(l)(A)); commonly referred to as the "Saltonstall-Kennedy Act"), is amended— (1) by striking "and" at the end of clause (i); and (2) by adding at the end the following new clause: (iii) to implement the Northwest Atlantic Ocean Fisheries Reinvestment Program established under section 314 of the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and Management Act.".
