NATIONAL LIBRARY OF MEDICINE For carrying out section 301 and title IV of the Public Health Service Act with respect to health information communications, $119,981,000. OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS) For carrying out the responsibilities of the Office of the Director, National Institutes of Health, $233,605,000: Provided, That funding shall be available for the purchase of not to exceed five passenger motor vehicles for replacement only: Provided further. That the Director may direct up to 1 percent of the total amount made available in this Act to all National Institutes of Health appropriations to emergency activities the Director may so designate: Provided further.
