PUBLIC LAW 103-121—OCT. 27, 1993 107 STAT. 1153 Public Law 103-121 103d Congress An Act Making appropriations,for the Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1994, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1994, and for other purposes, namely: TITLE I—DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND RELATED AGENCIES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE OFFICE OF JUSTICE PROGRAMS JUSTICE ASSISTANCE For grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, and other assistance authorized by title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, as amended, the Missing Children's Assistance Act, as amended, and the Victims of Crime Act of 1984, as amended, including salaries and expenses in connection therewith, $90,105,000, to remain available until expended, as authorized by section 1001(a) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act, as amended by Public Law 102-534 (106 Stat. 3524), of which $650,000 of the mnds provided under the Missing Children's Program shall be made available as a grant to a national voluntary organization representing Alzheimer patients and families to plan, design, and operate the "Safe Return" Program. In addition, for grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, and other assistance authorized by part E of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, as amended, for State and Local Narcotics Control and Justice Assistance Improvements, notwithstanding the provisions of section 511 of said Act, $474,500,000, to remain available until expended, as authorized by section 1001(a) of title I of said Act, as amended by Public Law 102-534 (106 Stat. 3524), of which: (a) $358,000,000 shall be available to carry out the provisions of subpart 1 of part E of title I of said Act and $50,000,000 shall be available to carry out the provisions of chapter A of subpart 2 of part E of title I of said Act, for the Edward Byrne Memorial State and Local Law Enforcement Assistance Programs; (b) $12,000,000 shall be available to carry out the provisions of chapter B of subpart 2 Oct. 27, 1993 [H.R. 2519] Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1994.
