SEC. 2103. IMPROVEMENTS TO MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING UNITS. Subject to section 2825 of title 10, United States Code, and using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2104(a)(6)(A), the Secretary of the Army may improve existing military family housing in an amount not to exceed $77,630,000. SEC. 2104. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS, ARMY. (a) IN GENERAL.—Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 1993, for military construction, land acquisition, and military familv housing functions of the Department of the Army in the total amount of $2,378,919,000 as follows: (1) For military construction projects inside the United States authorized by section 2101(a), $650,585,000. (2) For military construction projects outside the United States authorized by section 2101(b), $21,200,000. (3) For the construction of the Chemical Demilitarization Facility, Anniston Army Depot, Alabama, authorized in section 2101(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (division B of Public Law 101-510; 104 Stat.
