BOARD FOR INTERNATIONAL BROADCASTING ACT. (a) BALTIC DIVISION.— Section 307 of the Board for International Broadcasting Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1984 and 1985 (title III of Public Law 98-164; 97 Stat. 1037) is repealed.
