"; (8) in section 478— (A) by striking "1992-1993" each place it appears and inserting "1993-1994"; and (B) in subsection (c)(1), by inserting "December" before " 1992"; (9) in section 478(h), by striking "Bureau of Labor Standards" and inserting "Bureau of Labor Statistics"; (10) in section 479(a)(l), by inserting "oP after "(c)"; (11) in section 479(b)(l)(B)(i)— (A) by inserting "(and the student's spouse, if any)" after "student" each time it appears; and (B) by striking "such"; (12) in section 479(b)(2), by striking "five elements" and inserting "six elements"; (13) in section 479(b)(2)(E), by striking the semicolon and inserting a comma; (14) in section 479(b)(3>- (A) in subparagraph (A), by inserting "(including any prepared or electronic version of such form)" before "required"; and (B) in subparagraph (B), by inserting "(including any prepared or electronic version of such return)" before "required"; (15) in section 479(c)—
